Large house of 130 m2 located in Saint Medard d'Eyrans on wooded land of 1000 m2 less than 1km from the vineyards of Pessac Léognan and 15 minutes from Bordeaux center.
Inground swimming pool of 4m x 7m with wooden terrace of 80 m2 at the perimeter secured by a bar cover and a wood and glass barrier; you have an outdoor solar shower. There is also substantial garden furniture (table, chairs, deckchairs, deckchair and sofa) as well as games for children (swing, small hut and trampoline) at your disposal. You can enjoy grilling (barbecue) in a summer kitchen and taste the few fresh fruits and vegetables from the garden at your convenience. We have a chicken coop where you can get the fresh eggs!
The house includes an equipped kitchen, a large living-dining room organized around a 1000L aquarium, a bathroom with walk-in shower and 2-seater spa bath, a master bedroom with 1 bed 160x190, a 1st child's bedroom with 1 mezzanine bed 90x190 and a fireside chair (or a folding bed of the same size), a 2nd children's bedroom with a mezzanine bed 90x190 and a sofa bed 120x190, a desk with a sofa bed 140x190 and a laundry room with washing machines , tumble dryer and steam generator iron. The house is equipped with air conditioning if necessary.
The house is located in the heart of the Bordeaux vineyards, near the historic center of Bordeaux (15 min), 25 min from Lake Hostens and 45 min from the Dune du Pilat.
A deposit of 800 euros is required at the entrance. Towels are provided. Sheets can be provided for 10 € per pair.
